The Vanilla Bean powder is simply the best, cleanest protein powder that I've been able to find anywhere. It mixes so well with water that milk or non-dairy milk isn't needed. That means you get 20g of protein for just 90 calories! I prefer it in the blender rather than the shaker bottle as it tends to foam up a bit in the shaker. I noticed 2 changes to the packaging that I love (thanks Iconic): (1) there's now a scoop in every bag, and (2) the zip-lock at the top of the bag is sturdier and does a great job of keeping the powder inside. Try this recipe with your blender: 1 scoop powder, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 14g of Cashews, 1 cup ice, 8-10oz water. It tastes like a cookies and cream shake! No cookies, no cream, no added sugars, lots of fiber from the Chia seeds and healthy fats from the Cashews!
