byĀ @healthtipstori ā ā - Generous handful of frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) ā - 1Ā frozen mango ā - 1 scoop ICONIC chocolate protein powderā - 1 Tbs chia seedsā - 1/4 cup of quick oats for thicknessā - 1/2 cup half oat milk & 1/2 cup water

1 serving açaà mix
Handful ofĀ spinach
1 scoop Chocolate truffle @drinkiconic protein powder
1/2 cupĀ @mooala_koala strawberry banana milk
Ice (amount depends on desired consistency)
