Not sure how to start your summer days? These chilled oats will cool you down AND keep you caffeinated! 

1/2 cup of oats
1 tbs of sweetener (I used maple syrup)
1 cup of @drinkiconic cafe latte protein shake
1 tbs of cocoa powder
1/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup of water

For the top:
10 g of cocoa powder
5 g of hot coffee (may need more or less)
1 tsp of granulated sweetener (I used monk fruit)
15 g of @lotusbiscoffus spread
1 @lotusbiscoffus cookie
@nutsontherun salted caramel pecans
1. Cook your oats with 1/4 cup of water, then add the protein drink, cocoa powder, and Greek yogurt
2. Add to a ramekin then smooth over the top with a spatula
3.make the chocolate ganache by mixing the cocoa powder, coffee, and sweetener together, then pour over the top of the oats and spread around until fully covered
4. Melt your biscoff spread (be very careful not to burn!!) then drizzle over the oats and use a toothpick to swirl around
5. Top with biscoff cookie, then refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours!
