Banana Bread Oatmeal Bake

Step One (Mix these ingredients together before adding the rest)

  • 2 1/4 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

Step Two (Add these to the bowl second)

  • 1 cup Mashed Bananas 
  • 1 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Scoops ICONIC Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp Stevia

 

Instructions:

1) Preheat over to 375 degrees F 

2) Mix all ingredients together in bowl 

3) Spray 8x8 pan with non-stick spray

4) Pour mixture into pan and top with walnuts (and chocolate chips!)

5) Bake 40-45 minutes

6) Add additional banana slices + nut butter if desired
