1.5 Frozen Bananas

2 Tbsp Cinnamon

1 Gingerbread Cookie (Cut up)

1 Scoop ICONIC Vanilla Bean Powder

Sprinkles to top


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine ingredients
  2. Blend ingredients
  3. Cover and chill for 2-3 hours (or overnight)
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to manufacturer's instructions.
  5. When 5 minutes remain in the cycle, add the frozen chopped cookies.
  6. Pour into a container and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  7. Scoop and serve!
