This is the perfect midweek breakfast. It takes 2 seconds to make and tastes delicious!

Oats are great as they are full of fiber, protein, magnesium, potassium, and omega 3 fatty acids. Combining this with our protein keeps you going until lunch. 

Easy Cinnamon & Apple Overnight Oats

You will need:
- 1/2 cup almond milk with a scoop of ICONIC protein powder (mixed in)⁠⠀
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats⁠⠀

Steps:
Leave overnight in the fridge and top with:⁠⠀
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup⁠⠀
- 1 chopped apple⁠⠀
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠⠀

Feel free to add your own toppings, some of our other favorites are peanut butter and mixed berries!
