Christmas Cookie Protein Bars
Cookie:
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup molasses
  • 1 egg
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bean ICONIC powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9"×13" baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and molasses and beat until creamy, about 1-2 minutes. 
  • Add the egg and stir 
  • Add the dry ingredients and mix until dough is well combined. It will be thick, like cookie dough.
  • Spread the dough evenly into the baking pan.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes and let cool.
  • Once cool, add Vanilla frosting or make your own cream cheese frosting.
  • Top with cinnamon or sprinkles
