Recipe: Very Berry Protein Smoothie

A smoothie is a great way to get added nutrients to your diet, why not switch it up and add protein to your next one? This will keep you full and satisfied until your next meal. 

To make this Very Berry Protein Smoothie you will need:

  • 1 ½ cups liquid of choice (we like using almond milk)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Bean protein powder
  • 1 cup strawberry, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberry, frozen
  • ½ cup raspberry, frozen
  • ½ cup blackberry, frozen

Once you have everything you need, throw them all in the blender, garnish with frozen berries, & enjoy!
