Our recipe for Coconut Matcha N'ice cream combines antioxidant-packed matcha with tropical coconut and creamy bananas. It gets its bright green color naturally from a combination of ICONIC Protein Coconut Matcha and real matcha green tea powder.
Coconut Matcha N’ice Cream
Slice bananas and place flat into a Ziploc bag. Allow to freeze for at least two hours, or overnight. Use a high-powered blender or food processor to blend frozen bananas until smooth. Add Coconut Matcha ICONIC Protein and matcha powder and blend until smooth like ice cream. Eat as is or freeze for an hour for a thicker consistency. Add some superfood toppings like cacao nibs and coconut flakes, and enjoy!
